Nitrati formohet n\u00eb uj\u00eb kryesisht p\u00ebrmes reshjeve, dekompozimit t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs organike dhe rrjedhjeve nga ndot\u00ebsit e prodhuar nga njeriu, si mbetjet e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza dhe plehrat. Pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha uj\u00ebrat sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore kan\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb matsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nitrateve dhe nj\u00eb sasi e vog\u00ebl konsiderohet e dobishme. Niveli i azotit \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm sepse lidhet me sasin\u00eb e oksigjenit t\u00eb ofruar n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e nitrifikimit. Amoniaku kontrollohet gjithashtu sepse mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet shum\u00eb toksik p\u00ebr bakteret p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr denitrifikimin.<\/p>\n<h3>Nitritet<\/h3>\n<p>Nitritet mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr organizmat ujor\u00eb edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrime t\u00eb ul\u00ebta dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, ato monitorohen nga af\u00ebr n\u00eb objektet e akuakultur\u00ebs. Nitriti i tep\u00ebrt \u00ebsht\u00eb toksik p\u00ebr peshqit. Kur nitriti nd\u00ebrvepron me hemoglobin\u00ebn, hekuri oksidohet dhe qelizat e gjakut nuk mund t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb m\u00eb oksigjen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kullat ftoh\u00ebse, megjithat\u00eb, nj\u00eb sasi e mjaftueshme nitritesh \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar korrozionin.
