Sa m\u00eb i lart\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimi i tyre, aq m\u00eb i fort\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fermentimi. Fermentimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm kryhet n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e en\u00ebve t\u00eb fermentimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhura, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hyj\u00eb e para dhe pothuajse vera del nga e fundit.
