Matjet zakonisht merren n\u00eb uj\u00eb duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb sond\u00eb DO dhe njehsor. Ligji i Henrit thot\u00eb se p\u00ebrqendrimi i gazit n\u00eb nj\u00eb tret\u00ebsir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt proporcional me presionin e pjessh\u00ebm t\u00eb atij gazi mbi tret\u00ebsir\u00eb. Konstantja e Ligjit t\u00eb Henrit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb faktor proporcionaliteti, dhe po k\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb specifike p\u00ebr gazin n\u00eb tret\u00ebsin q\u00eb matet.<\/p>\n<p>Presioni i pjessh\u00ebm i oksigjenit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fakt nj\u00eb matje e aktivitetit termodinamik t\u00eb molekulave t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb metra q\u00eb raportojn\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimin e DO n\u00eb ppm ose mg\/L, tret\u00ebsi gjithmon\u00eb supozohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb uj\u00eb. N\u00eb tret\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si vajrat ose acidet, konstanta e Ligjit t\u00eb Henrit do t\u00eb ishte e ndryshme. N\u00eb ato raste, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebrqindja e ngopjes pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb e gabuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret ppm ose mg\/L.<\/p>\n<h3>Efektet e temperatur\u00ebs dhe presionit<\/h3>\n<p>Me rritjen e temperatur\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb tret\u00ebsire, l\u00ebvizja e grimcave brenda asaj tret\u00ebsire rritet. Me l\u00ebvizje m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb grimcave, gazrat e tretur ikin m\u00eb leht\u00eb nga tret\u00ebsira. N\u00eb uj\u00eb t\u00eb ngroht\u00eb, oksigjeni \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak i tretsh\u00ebm nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb uj\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, oksigjeni \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i tretsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebrqendrimi i DO n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e ngopur me aj\u00ebr zvog\u00eblohet me rritjen e temperatur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Presioni atmosferik zvog\u00eblohet me rritjen e lart\u00ebsis\u00eb. Meqen\u00ebse ka presion t\u00eb pjessh\u00ebm m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, oksigjeni \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak i tretsh\u00ebm n\u00eb lart\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb larta. P\u00ebrqendrimi i DO n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e ngopur me aj\u00ebr zvog\u00eblohet me rritjen e lart\u00ebsive.<\/p>\n<h3>Aplikimet<\/h3>\n<p>Matjet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ujit jan\u00eb jetike p\u00ebr monitorimin e mjedisit. N\u00eb liqenet dhe lumenjt\u00eb e qet\u00eb, prishja e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs organike mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb rritjen e niveleve t\u00eb baktereve. Sasia e DO duhet t\u00eb monitorohet vazhdimisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar trajtimin e duhur t\u00eb mbetjeve.<\/p>\n<h3>Monitorimi i BOD, OUR dhe SOUR<\/h3>\n<p><strong>BOD (K\u00ebrkesa biokimike p\u00ebr oksigjen)<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb matje q\u00eb tregon p\u00ebrqendrimin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs organike t\u00eb biodegradueshme t\u00eb pranishme n\u00eb nj\u00eb kampion uji. Mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb ujit dhe shkall\u00ebn e ndotjes s\u00eb tij. BOD mat shkall\u00ebn e marrjes s\u00eb oksigjenit nga mikroorganizmat n\u00eb nj\u00eb most\u00ebr uji n\u00eb nj\u00eb temperatur\u00eb fikse gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe t\u00eb caktuar kohore. Sondat polarografike me dy elektroda p\u00ebrdorin anod\u00ebn si elektrod\u00eb referimi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sondat galvanike DO<\/strong> p\u00ebrb\u00ebhen nga nj\u00eb elektrod\u00eb pune (katod\u00eb) dhe nj\u00eb kund\u00ebr elektrod\u00eb (anod\u00eb) q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb si bateri p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb tension specifik p\u00ebr reduktimin e oksigjenit.
