Ende der Titration. Indikatorfarbstoffe werden bei der manuellen H\u00e4rtetitration verwendet und k\u00f6nnen auch bei der automatischen Titration unter Verwendung einer photometrischen Elektrode eingesetzt werden. W\u00e4hrend manuelle Titrationen oft durch menschliche Fehler beeinflusst werden (aufgrund der subjektiven Bestimmung des Farbendpunkts), entf\u00e4llt diese Subjektivit\u00e4t bei automatischen Titrationen durch die Verwendung einer Elektrode zur Erkennung des Farbwechsels.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Einf\u00fchrung der applikationsbasierten photometrischen Elektroden von Hanna Instruments ist diese alternative Erkennung von Farbindikatoren nun zug\u00e4nglicher und erschwinglicher denn je. Durch die Entwicklung von vier verschiedenen photometrischen Elektroden mit unterschiedlichen Wellenl\u00e4ngen hat Hanna Instruments die Kosten f\u00fcr die photometrische Bestimmung erheblich gesenkt.
