Dazu geh\u00f6rt, ob ein Umkehrosmosesystem verwendet wird, welche und wie viele Chemikalien hinzugef\u00fcgt werden, wie das Getreide den pH-Wert beeinflussen wird, und ob das produzierte Abwasser aufbereitet werden muss.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Im Folgenden werden einige kritische Kontrollpunkte f\u00fcr Brauwasser aufgelistet, warum sie wichtig sind und wie Sie sie messen k\u00f6nnen.<\/h3>\n<h2>pH<\/h2>\n<p>Da der\u00a0pH-Wert\u00a0die Grundlage aller Biere ist, hilft Ihnen das Wissen \u00fcber den pH-Wert Ihres Brauwassers dabei, zu verstehen, welchen Prozess Sie befolgen m\u00fcssen, um einen idealen pH-Wert von 5,2 in Ihrer Maische zu erreichen. In einigen F\u00e4llen reicht die Kombination von s\u00e4urehaltigem Getreide und Wasser alleine, um dies zu erreichen. In anderen F\u00e4llen kann Milchs\u00e4ure hinzugef\u00fcgt werden, um den pH-Wert zu reduzieren. Der pH-Wert kann digital auf drei Arten gemessen werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Alkalinit\u00e4t<\/h2>\n<p>BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Alkalinit\u00e4t und pH-Wert sind nicht das Gleiche. Der pH-Wert ist die Menge an S\u00e4ure oder Base in einer Probe und Alkalinit\u00e4t ist die St\u00e4rke dieser Basen. Wenn Sie beginnen, den pH-Wert Ihrer Maische abzustimmen, ist es wichtig, die Pufferkapazit\u00e4t Ihres Wassers zu kennen. Zum Beispiel k\u00f6nnen 5 mL Milchs\u00e4ure in niedrig alkalischem Wasser genug sein, um den pH-Wert anzupassen.
