Diese Methode ist sehr effektiv, wenn der Anwender schnell gro\u00dfe Chargen von Proben mit unterschiedlichen Konzentrationen messen muss.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere direkt ablesbaren Messger\u00e4te, wie z. B. das HI98191, zeigen die Konzentration der unbekannten Probe durch eine direkte Ablesung nach der Kalibrierung des Ger\u00e4ts mit zwei oder mehr Standards an; Anpassungen der Ionenst\u00e4rke werden sowohl an den Proben als auch an den Standards vorgenommen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Inkrementelle Methoden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inkrementalmethoden<\/strong> sind n\u00fctzliche Techniken zur Bestimmung der Ionenkonzentration in Proben, deren Inhaltsstoffe variabel oder konzentriert sind. Inkrementalmethoden haben einige inh\u00e4rente Vorteile gegen\u00fcber der direkten Potentiometrie. Die Verfahren k\u00f6nnen Fehler durch Variablen wie Temperatur, Viskosit\u00e4t, pH-Wert oder Ionenst\u00e4rke reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Elektroden bleiben w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses eingetaucht, wodurch die Probenverschleppung und m\u00f6gliche Ver\u00e4nderungen des Fl\u00fcssigkeits\u00fcbergangs in der Referenz reduziert werden. Addition, Subtraktion, Analyt-Addition und Analyt-Subtraktion sind vier dieser inkrementellen Techniken.<\/p>\n<p>Eine potentiometrische Titration kann die Pr\u00e4zision von ISE-Messungen und auch die Anzahl der zu bestimmenden Ionenspezies erh\u00f6hen. ISEs werden \u00fcblicherweise als Indikatoren f\u00fcr das Titriermittel oder die Probenspezies verwendet, um den Verlauf einer F\u00e4llung oder komplexen Metrik zu verfolgen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Titration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Eine kleine \u00c4nderung der Reaktionsmittel Zugabe entspricht einer gro\u00dfen \u00c4nderung des Elektrodenpotentials am st\u00f6chiometrischen Endpunkt. Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr eine F\u00e4llungstitration ist die Bestimmung von Chlorid mit Silbernitrat. Diese Titration kann mit einer Silber-ISE verfolgt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Eine komplexometrische Titration wird f\u00fcr die Bestimmung von Calcium verwendet. Dabei wird eine Calciuml\u00f6sung mit dem Komplexbildner EDTA titriert. W\u00e4hrend der Titration kommt es zu einer allm\u00e4hlichen Abnahme der Konzentration des freien Ca2+-Ions, je mehr EDTA zugegeben wird. Der Endpunkt entspricht dem Punkt, an dem das gesamte Ca2+ komplexiert ist.
