W\u00e4rme freigesetzt wird.<br \/>\nEiner der wichtigsten Aspekte der Betonk\u00fchlung ist die Reduzierung der Erw\u00e4rmung des Betons w\u00e4hrend der Hydratation vor dem Einbau.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hydratationstemperatur (Reaktion von Zement mit Wasser) erh\u00f6ht die Temperatur des Betons auf 25 \u00b0 C w\u00e4hrend des Prozesses der Aush\u00e4rtung (Erh\u00e4rtung) des Betons.<br \/>\n Dadurch dehnt sich der Beton aus und erreicht keine homogene Festigkeit in seinem gesamten Volumen. Diese beschleunigte Reaktion f\u00fchrt dazu, dass die Kristalle nicht gen\u00fcgend Zeit haben, sich zu verfestigen, was sich sp\u00e4ter auf die Festigkeit des Betons selbst auswirkt.<\/p>\n<p>In diesen F\u00e4llen ist die anf\u00e4ngliche Festigkeit hoch, aber nach 28 Tagen (so lange trocknet der Beton) wird der auf diese Weise hergestellte Beton schwach.<\/p>\n<p> Wenn der Frischbeton etwa 10 \u00b0C w\u00e4rmer ist als normal (z. B. 30 \u00b0C statt 20 \u00b0C), ist die endg\u00fcltige Druckfestigkeit etwa 10 % niedriger.<\/p>\n<p>Zementbeton sollte so schnell wie m\u00f6glich nach der Vorbereitung verbaut werden, um die M\u00f6glichkeit des Einbaus nicht zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen, d.h. vor Beginn des Abbindens des Zements (nicht mehr als 1,5 Stunden).<\/p>\n<p>Die Temperatur des frischen Zementbetons beim Einbau muss mindestens 7 \u00b0C (in Ausnahmef\u00e4llen 3 \u00b0C) und darf h\u00f6chstens 25 \u00b0C (in Ausnahmef\u00e4llen 30 \u00b0C) betragen.
