Zuckerkonzentration gut biologisch abbaubar. <strong>Die BSB-Werte<\/strong> liegen typischerweise zwischen <strong>2500 und 7000 mg\/l<\/strong> w\u00e4hrend der Weinlese und zwischen 800 und 1500 mg\/l au\u00dferhalb der Weinlese.<\/p><p>Die CSB-Werte liegen typischerweise zwischen <strong>800 und 12.800 mg\/l.<\/strong><\/p><p>Der pH-Wert des Abwassers liegt w\u00e4hrend der Weinlese zwischen 4 und 8 und au\u00dferhalb der Weinlese zwischen <strong>6 und 10.<\/strong><br \/>Der Stickstoffgehalt sollte bei der Abwasserbehandlung gemessen werden.
