class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n<p>Le terme pH provient d\u2019un mot fran\u00e7ais \u00abpouvoir hydrog\u00e8ne\u00bb qui signifie puissance hydrog\u00e8ne. Il est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9crire la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019ions hydrog\u00e8ne dans une substance (par exemple, solutions, sol). Le pH est l\u2019unit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour mesurer l\u2019alcalinit\u00e9 de l\u2019acidit\u00e9 d\u2019un compos\u00e9, il a une \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 14 pH. \u00c0 mesure que la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019ions hydrog\u00e8ne augmente, le pH de la solution diminue (elle devient plus acide). Au pH 7, la solution est neutre, \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019acidit\u00e9 augmente, le nombre diminue inversement lorsque l\u2019alcalinit\u00e9 augmente, le nombre augmente. Par exemple, un pH de 2 signifie que la solution est tr\u00e8s acide et un pH de 10 signifie qu\u2019elle est tr\u00e8s alcaline. Sorenson (1909) a d\u00e9fini le pH et donne l\u2019\u00e9chelle de pH:\u00a0<strong>Le pH est le log n\u00e9gatif de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des ions hydrog\u00e8ne (H +) dans une solution aqueuse en moles \/ L.<\/strong>\u00a0Le sol avec un pH de 3 a 10 fois plus d\u2019ions hydrog\u00e8ne qu\u2019un sol de pH 4, 1000 pH de plus qu\u2019un sol de pH 7, 100 de plus que pH 6 et 10 de plus que pH data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le pH influence plusieurs facteurs cl\u00e9s du sol:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stabilit\u00e9 du sol pour la production v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/li>\n<li>Disponibilit\u00e9 des nutriments pour les plantes (et par l\u00e0 modifie la disponibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019eau).<\/li>\n<li>Activit\u00e9 microbienne dans le sol.<\/li>\n<li>Caract\u00e9ristiques physiques du sol, perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9, structure, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un pH diff\u00e9rent peut modifier la disponibilit\u00e9 des nutriments dans le sol. Cela d\u00e9pend en grande partie de la r\u00e9partition des \u00e9l\u00e9ments entre les phases solide et liquide du sol par le biais de charges de pr\u00e9cipitation-dissolution r\u00e9sultant de charges d\u00e9pendant du pH dans les fractions min\u00e9rales et organiques. Les charges n\u00e9gatives dominent \u00e0 pH \u00e9lev\u00e9 tandis que les charges positives pr\u00e9dominent \u00e0 pH bas. Par exemple, au pH de 5,3, l\u2019adsorption de Cd, Cu et Zn sur un composite de s\u00e9diments constitu\u00e9 d\u2019oxydes d\u2019Al, Fe et Si \u00e9tait de 60%, 62% et 53%, respectivement. En revanche, il a constat\u00e9 que 50% du Cd et du Zn s\u2019adsorbaient sur les acides humiques entre pH 4,8 et 4,9. Le Cd, Cu, Al, Fe sont des oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments (concentration minimale en \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaire au bon fonctionnement des plantes), donc en modifiant le pH du sol, nous pouvons am\u00e9liorer la solubilit\u00e9 de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Le CO2 pr\u00e9sent dans le sol peut modifier le pH, il a tendance \u00e0 se dissoudre dans l\u2019eau en H + et HCO3-, ce qui peut \u00e9galement abaisser le pH et modifier l\u2019absorption.<\/p>\n<p>Le pH des sols peut varier selon les climats et d\u2019autres facteurs externes abiotiques ou biotiques peuvent influencer le changement. Les facteurs abiotiques sont: les facteurs climatiques, l\u2019humidit\u00e9, l\u2019insolation, les concentrations d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments, le type de substrat rocheux, l\u2019exposition, etc. Par exemple, dans le climat froid et sec, le sol est plus alcalin (chernozem dans la steppe), dans le climat chaud et pluvieux, le sol est plus acide (lat\u00e9rite en data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le sol essaie de tamponner ces changements de pH mais parfois certains des facteurs peuvent alt\u00e9rer ce processus et changer le pH, il est beaucoup plus courant que des facteurs anthropiques modifient l\u2019\u00e9quilibre en utilisant des engrais, des pesticides ou des compos\u00e9s chimiques similaires. L\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019azote qui est entr\u00e9 avec l\u2019engrais peut d\u00e9placer le pH vers un \u00e9tat plus acide.<\/p>\n<p>Comme nous l\u2019avons dit, la disponibilit\u00e9 des nutriments diff\u00e8re \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes valeurs de pH<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019azote est l\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs cl\u00e9s du sol (N).
