Cet oxyg\u00e8ne libre n&rsquo;est donc li\u00e9 \u00e0 aucun autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment et renseigne sur la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau, car il influence directement les organismes vivants dans l&rsquo;eau. Dans une aquaculture ou un \u00e9tang, la valeur OD doit \u00eatre comprise entre 5 et 12 mg\/l (ppm). Il est entre autres indispensable \u00e0 la photosynth\u00e8se du phytoplancton et constitue donc la base d&rsquo;une cha\u00eene alimentaire fonctionnelle. Le comportement de d\u00e9croissance temporelle apr\u00e8s excitation est mesur\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 une LED rouge de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Ceci est directement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la concentration d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne sur la surface du
