kits de test enzymatique. L&rsquo;ammoniac et le FAN sont analys\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment et les r\u00e9sultats combin\u00e9s des deux produisent une valeur YAN globale. Les tests spectrophotom\u00e9triques peuvent pr\u00e9senter une certaine variabilit\u00e9 car la pr\u00e9cision avec une livraison de tr\u00e8s petit volume d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est
