maladies des animaux laitiers les plus importantes et les plus co\u00fbteuses sur le plan \u00e9conomique.. Les pertes dues \u00e0 la mammite diminuent la production de lait, les m\u00e9dicaments, les co\u00fbts de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre, le lait non livr\u00e9, les frais v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires, la qualit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite du lait, la baisse du prix du lait et l&rsquo;augmentation du risque de d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l&rsquo;animal. C&rsquo;est une inflammation des glandes mammaires. Les concentrations d<strong style=\"color: #9b5927;\">e lactose et de K+ dans le lait diminuent et les concentrations de Na+ et de Cl- augmentent.<\/strong> Les concentrations d&rsquo;ions dans le lait mastitique changent en raison de l&rsquo;augmentation de la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 capillaire du sang, de la destruction des jonctions serr\u00e9es et de la destruction des syst\u00e8mes actifs de pompage d&rsquo;ions. Apr\u00e8s les dommages cellulaires, Na+ et Cl-, qui ont de fortes concentrations dans le liquide extracellulaire, se d\u00e9versent dans la lumi\u00e8re de l&rsquo;alv\u00e9ole. Afin de maintenir la pression osmotique, les concentrations de K+ et de lactose diminuent dans le lait.
