Tlo je prirodna podloga iz koje biljke crpe esencijalne elemente koji su nepohodni za njihov pravilan rast i razvoj.<\/p>\n<p>Tlo je ograni\u010deno prirodno dobro koje je uni\u0161tivo, sporo se formira i brzo uni\u0161tava u procesu nepravilnog kori\u0161tenja. Plodnost predstavlja dinami\u010dno stanje razli\u010ditih fizi\u010dkih, kemijskih i biolo\u0161kih osobina i procesa u tlu, zahvaljuju\u0107i kojem je mogu\u0107 razli\u010dit stupanj \u017eivota biljaka, \u017eivotinja pa i samih ljudi.<\/p>\n<p>Kori\u0161tenjem tla u intenzivnoj biljnoj proizvodnji , \u010desto dolazi do poreme\u0107aja ravnote\u017ee pojedinih faktora stvaranja i o\u0161te\u0107enja tla.<\/p>\n<p>\u010covjek svojom aktivno\u0161\u0107u, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e poljoprivrednom proizvodnjom, mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati ili smanjiti plodnost tla. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e su to Cu, Zn, Ni, Pb, Al, Cr.<\/p>\n<p>Prirodni sadr\u017eaj te\u0161kih metala u tlu je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e nizak, a izuzetak su tla u blizini rudnika i le\u017ei\u0161ta metala.<\/p>\n<p>U nekim tlima postoji ve\u0107a koncentracija te\u0161kih metala od njihove koncentracije u stijenama i mineralima na kojima je nastalo to tlo.<\/p>\n<p>Uzroci pove\u0107anja te\u0161kih metala kod ovakvih tla mogu nastati kao posljedica industrijskih postrojenja za preradu metala, promet i kori\u0161tenje fosilnih goriva.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog ovih aktivnosti \u010dovjeka metali se osloba\u0111aju u zrak, i u vidu ki\u0161e, plinova i \u010da\u0111e dospijevaju na povr\u0161inu zemlje. Ova sredstva pokraj korisnog djelovanja na biljke mogu biti i \u0161tetna ukoliko se prekomjerno koriste. U tom slu\u010daju mo\u017ee do\u0107i do kontaminacije zemlji\u0161ta i biljaka te\u0161kim metalima.<\/p>\n<p>Nekontrolirana upotreba otpadnih industrijskih i komunalnih voda za zalijevanje mo\u017ee prouzrokovati kontaminaciju tla te\u0161kim metalima. Nedostatak kalcija se uo\u010dava na najudaljenijim dijelovima biljke i na mladom tkivu (vrh korijena, rubovi listova, plodovi).<\/p>\n<h4><b>Mg (Magnezij)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Magnezij je va\u017ean sastojak u procesima klorofila i fiziolo\u0161kih procesa u biljkama. U nedostatku magnezija zaustavlja se proces fotosinteze i razgradnja klorofila.<\/p>\n<p>Posljedice nedostatka magnezija uo\u010davaju se na najstarijim listovima biljaka u vidu intervenozne kloroze, kada \u017eivci ostaju zelene boje, a povr\u0161ina izme\u0111u njih dobija \u017eutu boju.<\/p>\n<h4><b>S (Sumpor)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Sumpor ulazi u sastav proteina, enzima, koenzima i aminokiselina. Ukoliko je nedostatak ve\u0107i, li\u0161\u0107e pobijeli ili dobije spr\u017een izgled.<\/p>\n<h4><b>B (Bor)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Bor omogu\u0107ava razvoj cvijetova, fertilnost peludi, nastanak plodova i pravilan razvoj ploda. Nedostatak izaziva su\u0161enje bo\u010dnih izdanaka plodova i smanjenje prinosa. Vi\u0161ak se ispoljava kao kloroza na listovima.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Mn (Mangan)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Mn (Mangan) Mangan je va\u017ean mikroelement jer je on specijalni aktivator enzima. Vr\u0161i ulogu biokatalizatora u formiranju klorofila i pobolj\u0161ava formiranje \u0161kroba i \u0161e\u0107era u biljkama. Kod alkalnih zemlji\u0161ta mo\u017ee se javiti nedostatak mangana. Ispoljava se na li\u0161\u0107u u vidu kloroze.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Zn (Cink)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Cink ima vi\u0161estruki utjecaj, a najva\u017eniji je u formiranju klorofila. Cink sprije\u010dava nakupljanje suvi\u0161nih kiselina u li\u0161\u0107u i sudjeluje u disanju stanica. Nedostatak se uo\u010dava na bo\u010dnim izdancima biljaka, a pri ve\u0107em nedostatku mo\u017ee do\u0107i do smanjenja prinosa.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Mo (Molibden)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Molibden ulazi u sastav kloroplasta biljaka i va\u017ean je \u010diniloc fotosinteze.<\/p>\n<p>Regulira transport \u017eeljeza kroz biljku i doprinosi apsorpciji du\u0161ika. To su Fe, Zn , Cu, Se i Co. Neki te\u0161ki metali su toksi\u010dni Hg, Pb, As, Ni, Cr(VI) i Cd.<\/p>\n<p>Biljke imaju va\u017enu ulogu na kru\u017eenje metala u prirodi. Te\u0161ki metali preko biljaka ulaze u lanac ishrane. Te\u0161ki metali utje\u010du na sve fiziolo\u0161ko-biokemijske procese biljaka. Biljke imaju razra\u0111ene mehanizme za detoksikaciju od te\u0161kih metala : vezivanje metala za stani\u010dnu stijenku i izlu\u010divanje iz korijena, restrikcija kretanja prema korijenu, aktivno ispumpavanje, popravka i za\u0161tita plazma membrane i helatizacija metala.<\/p>\n<p>Nepovoljno djelovanje te\u0161kih metala na biljke prvo se uo\u010dava kao usporeni rast biljke, a zatim pojava kloroze i nekroze. Promjene se uo\u010davaju na najstarijim listovima biljke, a kasnije i na ostalim listovima. Na taj na\u010din prenosioci iona gube svoju funkciju. Intenzitet usvajanja i nakupljana te\u0161kih metala u stanicama korijena ovisi i od prisustva drugih iona u hranjivom supstratu. Pb, Ni i Cd inhibiraju usvajanje Ca, Mg , Fe, Zn, Mn i Cu i onemogu\u0107avaju njihov transport iz korijena u nadzemne dijelove biljaka. Na taj na\u010din nepovoljno utje\u010du na raspodjelu hranjivih elemenata u biljkama. Pri velikom vi\u0161ku Ni i Cd u hranjivoj podlozi, potpuno se zaustavlja metabolizam Mg, Fe, Mn i Zn. Pojavljuje se kloroza i nekroza u listovima, a korijen ima ve\u0107u koncentraciju ovih elemenata. Vi\u0161ak Ni nepovoljno utje\u010de na usvajanje Fe i na usvajanje Co, a na taj na\u010din se smanjuje ugra\u0111ivanje Co u vitamin B12. Cd djeluje na selektivnost membrana \u0107elija korijena i aktivnost enzima koji su prisutni u membranama. Na taj na\u010din se naru\u0161ava razmjena tvari \u0161to dovodi do smanjenog rasta biljaka.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Cr (Krom)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Krom u ve\u0107im koncentracijama djeluje toksi\u010dno na biljke. Izaziva klorozu i smanjuje rast, kao i klijanje sjemena.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Ni (Nikal)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Vi\u0161ak nikla izaziva klorozu. Nepovoljno utje\u010de na pokretljivost i translokaciju \u017eeljeza i njegovu apsorpciju.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Cu (Bakar)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Bakar mo\u017ee ispoljiti toksi\u010dno djelovanje ukoliko njegova koncentracija u tlu dostigne 2540 mg\/kg ako je pH vrijednost tla ispod 5,5. Visoka koncentracija bakra se javlja u kiselim tlima.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Zn (Cink)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Visoke koncentracija cinka u biljkama javljaju se na kiselim tlima, kao u okolici rudnika i topionica cinka. U tim slu\u010dajevima kod biljaka dolazi do smanjenog rasta, smanjenja korjenskog sustava, stvaranja sitnih listova i nekroze listova<\/p>\n<h4><b>As (Arsen)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Visoke koncentracija arsena i njegova toksi\u010dnost javljaju se na kiselim tlima, a posebno ukoliko je pH tla manja od 5. Na pjeskovitim tlima toksi\u010dnost je ve\u0107a nego na gu\u0161\u0107im tlima.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Se (Selen)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Visoke koncentracije selena inhibiraju rast biljaka i izazivaju klorozu. Selen se najvi\u0161e akumulira u sjemenu tijekom rasta biljaka. Ukoliko ima previ\u0161e nutrijenata dolazi do zaga\u0111enja podzemnih i nadzemnih voda, zraka i tla.<\/p>\n<p>Kako bi se pravilno upravljalo nutrijentima nepohodno je vr\u0161iti analizu tla, gnojiva, a potrebno je znati kakve su potrebe odre\u0111enih biljaka za nutrijentima. Na ovaj na\u010din posti\u017ee se bolji prinos, a smanjuje zaga\u0111enje \u017eivotne sredine. Na ovaj na\u010din vr\u0161i se i u\u0161teda pri kupovini mineralnih gnojiva.<\/p>\n<p>Koncentracija te\u0161kih metala u tlu kontrolira se grani\u010dnim vrijednostima maksimalno dozvoljenih koncentracija (MDK). U ve\u0107ini zemalja u Evropi je zakonski obvezuju\u0107a, dok kod nekih predstavlja neobvezuju\u0107e preporuke.<\/p>\n<p>Granica koja odre\u0111uje maksimalno dozvoljenu koli\u010dinu neke \u0161tetne tvari u jedinici zapremine sredine koja se promatra predstavlja maksimalno dozvoljenu koncentraciju (ili MDK). U posljednje vrijeme ova veli\u010dina se naziva grani\u010dna vrijednost imisije (GVI).<\/p>\n<p>Koncentracije koje su maksimalno dozvoljene odnose se na ukupni sadr\u017eaj te\u0161kih metala.<\/p>\n<p>Opasne materije su obi\u010dno: Cd, Pb, Hg, As, Cr, Ni i F, a \u0161tetne materije su Cu, Zn i B.<\/p>\n<p>Posebnim pravilnikom su propisane maksimalno dozvoljene koli\u010dine opasnih i \u0161tetnih materija u tlu i vodi za navodnjavanje koje mogu o\u0161tetiti ili promijeniti proizvodnu sposobnost poljoprivrednog tla i kvalitetu vode za navodnjavanje, koje dolaze ispu\u0161tanjem iz tvornica, izlijevanjem deponija, nepravilnom upotrebom mineralnih gnojiva i sredstava za za\u0161titu bilja.
