Ovih 10 pravila spadaju u \u010detiri kategorije: Priprema uzorka, analiza, pregled rezultata i odr\u017eavanje i servis.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0160to je to titracija? Za\u0161to ju automatizirati?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Titracija je analiti\u010dka tehnika koja se koristi za kvantifikaciju niza kemikalija iz brojnih industrija. Ru\u010dne titracije mogu biti neprecizne i rezultati mogu varirati izme\u0111u ljudi koji obavljaju istu titraciju, jer se ne mo\u017ee ukloniti subjektivnost procjene. Investicija u automatski titracijski sustav kao \u0161to je\u00a0Hanna Instruments,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hannainst.hr\/proizvod\/napredni-automatski-potenciometrijski-titrator-hi932\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HI932<\/a>,je ogromni korak naprijed ka popravljanju preciznosti i ponovljivosti rezultata titracije. Me\u0111utim, instrument sam po sebi je samo dio jedne velike slagalice (preciznosti). Kriti\u010dko razmi\u0161ljanje i primjena najboljih praksi tijekom cijelog procesa analize uzoraka c\u0301e dodatno pobolj\u0161ati to\u010dnost prilikom kori\u0161tenja automatiziranog sustava. Ovaj blog slu\u017ei kao op\u0107i vodi\u010d za maksimiziranje to\u010dnosti rezultata titracije obuhva\u0107ajuc\u0301i najbolje prakse za pripremu uzorka, analizu, pregled rezultata i odr\u017eavanje.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\u201cwistia_responsive_padding\u201d\">Priprema uzorka<\/h2>\n<h3>#1 Odaberite odgovaraju\u0107u veli\u010dinu uzorka<\/h3>\n<p>Izbor ispravne veli\u010dine uzorka jedan je od najva\u017enijih kriterija za osiguranje da c\u0301e rezultati titracije biti to\u010dni, efikasni i ekonomi\u010dni. Upotreba uzorka koji je premali mo\u017ee dati neto\u010dne rezultate, jer nudi vrlo slabu rezoluciju u vidu podataka. Klju\u010dno je osigurati da se reprezentativni uzorak koristi za to\u010dno odre\u0111ivanje analita. Reprezentativni uzorak je onaj koji predstavlja matricu uzorka kao cjelinu po tome \u0161to sadr\u017ei sve dijelove mati\u010dnog proizvoda ili uzorka u ispravnim omjerima. Ovo je posebno va\u017eno za uzorke koji po defaultu nisu homogeni, poput mje\u0161avina za\u010dina ili zemlje. Ako se rezultati ne mogu ponoviti, \u010dak i kada se upotrebljava odgovarajuc\u0301a tehnika mjerenja, vjerojatni izvor gre\u0161ke je nereprezentativni uzorak.<\/p>\n<p>Ponekad je te\u0161ko garantirati reprezentativan uzorak unutar raspona veli\u010dine uzorka koji se preporu\u010duje za metodu. Ako je to slu\u010daj, razrje\u0111ivanje je odli\u010dan na\u010din da se osigura reprezentativni uzorak, a da se istovremeno koristi veli\u010dina uzorka koja je pogodna za dobru rezoluciju podataka.
