Sezona berbe se \u010desto smatra \u201cnajuzbudljivijim\u201d dijelom godine za vinare. To je vrijeme kada vinari po\u010dinju birati gro\u017e\u0111e i pripremati ih za proces drobljenja prije nego \u0161to zapo\u010dnu proces mljevenja i fermentacije.<\/p>\n<p>Iako to mo\u017ee zvu\u010dati lako postoji nekoliko koraka za ovaj proces. To zna\u010di da vinari moraju testirati sadr\u017eaj pH i \u0161e\u0107era ili \u00b0Brix gro\u017e\u0111a u vinogradu kako bi odredili zrelost gro\u017e\u0111a. Primarna kiselina koju svi vinari prate tijekom sezone berbe je vinska kiselina gro\u017e\u0111a. Kori\u0161tenje HI84502 mini titratora poma\u017ee odrediti kada po\u010deti berbu gro\u017e\u0111a.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Hanna Savjet:\u00a0<\/strong>Vinari ispituju i ku\u0161aju gro\u017e\u0111e prethodno berbi kako bi se ocijenilo okus i kvalitetu tanina.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>\u00b0Brix<\/h2>\n<p>Sadr\u017eaj \u0161e\u0107era vjerojatno je jedan od najva\u017enijih aspekata uzgoja i odre\u0111ivanja po\u010detka sezone berbe.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.engineeringtoolbox.com\/degrees-brix-d_1828.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Poznavanje \u00b0Brix<\/a>\u00a0gro\u017e\u0111a od klju\u010dne je va\u017enosti, posebno za nove vinare, u odre\u0111ivanju kada brati gro\u017e\u0111e. Jedan od na\u010dina na koji vinari mjere \u00b0Brix njihovog gro\u017e\u0111a je pomo\u0107u refraktometara.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hannainst.hr\/proizvod\/digitalni-refraktometar-za-mjerenje-secera-u-vino-hi96811\/\">Digitalni refraktometar za \u0161e\u0107er (% Brix) Analiza u vinu, mo\u0161tu i soku \u2013 HI96811<\/a>koristi se za mjerenje \u00b0Brix gro\u017e\u0111a tijekom sezone uzgoja. To je bitno za odre\u0111ivanje je li va\u0161e gro\u017e\u0111e spremno.
