Koristite otopine za pohranu elektroda<\/h2>\n<p>Otopine za pohranu (poput Hanna otopine za pohranu elektroda (500 ml) \u2013 HI70300L) dizajnirane su tako da odr\u017eavaju pH elektrodu hidriranu i odr\u017eavaju spoj koji proto\u010dnim. Provjerite rade li va\u0161e elektrode ispravno<\/h2>\n<h3>pH Elektrode<\/h3>\n<p>Elektrode imaju ograni\u010den vijek trajanja. O\u010ditavanje koje predugo traje (vi\u0161e od 30 sekundi) mo\u017ee biti znak da vam elektroda propada.<\/p>\n<p>Za provjeru ukupnog stanja pH elektrode trebate provjeriti dvije vrijednosti: pomak (mV vrijednost u pH 7,01) i nagib (mV razlika izme\u0111u pH 7,01 i pH 4,01). Pomak i nagib pH elektrode uvijek treba provjeriti svje\u017eim puferima. Ako va\u0161 mjera\u010d ima mogu\u0107nost dobre laboratorijske prakse (GLP), dat \u0107e vam podatke nakon umjeravanja.<\/p>\n<p>Ako va\u0161 mjera\u010d nema GLP opciju, tada se bilo koji mjera\u010d mV na\u010dinom rada mo\u017ee koristiti za provjeru pH elektrode.<\/p>\n<p>Evo upute za provjeru nagiba i pomaka bez GLP na\u010dina:<\/p>\n<h4>Offset<\/h4>\n<p>Za pH elektrodu stavljenu u pufer pH 7,01, teoretski mV bi trebao biti 0. Me\u0111utim, zbog varijacija u staklu, starenju i kondicioniranju, odstupni napon obi\u010dno zastrani, pa je prihvatljivi offset napon +\/- 30 mV. Ve\u0107ina mjera\u010da omogu\u0107it \u0107e kalibraciju pri vrijednostima visokim od +\/- 60 mV za pufer pH 7.01, ali u tom \u0107e se trenutku to\u010dnost va\u0161ih mjerenja smanjiti.<\/p>\n<h4>Nagib<\/h4>\n<p>Idealni nagib za pH elektrodu je 100% ili 59,16 mV promjena po pH jedinici pri 25 \u00baC. Za pH 4, to predstavlja razliku od 177,48 mV, jer je pufer pH 4 udaljen tri jedinice od pH 7 (59,16 mV x 3). Apsolutni minimalni nagib operativne elektrode je 85% ili 150 mV (177,48 x 0,85).<\/p>\n<p>Ako su vrijednosti pomaka i nagiba izvan prihvatljivih raspona, poku\u0161ajte o\u010distiti i hidratizirati sondu, a zatim ponovno testirati. Za punjive sonde mo\u017eete poduzeti dodatni korak promjene otopine za punjenje referenci. Ako su vrijednosti i dalje izvan raspona, va\u0161u sondu je vjerojatno potrebno zamijeniti.<\/p>\n<h3>ORP Elektrode<\/h3>\n<p>SO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0potenciometrijske Ripper-ove titracije koriste ORP elektrodu za odre\u0111ivanje krajnje to\u010dke. Va\u017eno je povremeno provjeravati ORP elektrodu pomo\u0107u ORP ispitne otopine.<\/p>\n<p>Za provjeru ORP elektrode sonda se postavlja u ORP ispitno rje\u0161enje poznate vrijednosti. Uzmimo za test HI7021L 240 mV @ 25 \u00b0 C ORP ispitnu otopinu (500 ml). Elektroda koja ispravno funkcionira o\u010ditavat \u0107e 240 mV +\/- 50 mV. O\u010ditavanja izvan ovog raspona pokazuju da vrh platine i \/ ili traku treba polirati ili da otopinu za punjenje elektrolita treba promijeniti. Ako se ORP elektroda ne mo\u017ee dovesti u domet, tada je treba zamijeniti.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Hanna Savjet<\/strong>: Za fino poliranje ORP vrha ili trake mo\u017ee se koristiti vrlo fini brusni papir, poput 2000 grit-a. ORP osjetljivi dio elektrode trebao bi biti sjajan.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>6. Uskladi\u0161tite rezervne elektrode<\/h2>\n<p>Zbog ograni\u010denog vijeka trajanja elektroda, preporu\u010dujemo vam da imate zamjensku elektrodu u slu\u010daju da vam podbaci.<\/p>\n<p>Toplo preporu\u010dujemo uporabu elektroda posebno dizajniranih za primjenu u proizvodnji vina. \u010cimbenici kao \u0161to su vrsta tijela, materijal za spajanje, vrsta spojnice, otopina za punjenje i vrsta stakla dio su procesa dizajniranja. Prava kombinacija materijala i tehnologija zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161ava to\u010dnost, jednostavnost uporabe i radni vijek elektrode.<\/p>\n<h3>Vrste i prednosti vinskih specifi\u010dnih elektroda<\/h3>\n<p>Serija elektroda HI1048 dizajnirana je s posebnim zna\u010dajkama koje su specijalno namijenjene vinarima.<\/p>\n<h4>CPS spoj sa \u010dahurom<\/h4>\n<p>Hanna sustav prevencije za\u010depljenja (CPS) inovacija je u tehnologiji elektroda. Konvencionalne pH elektrode koriste kerami\u010dke spojnice koje se brzo za\u010depljuju kad se koriste u vinskom mo\u0161tu. Kada se spoj za\u010depi, elektroda ne\u0107e raditi. CPS tehnologija koristi porozno bru\u0161eno staklo zajedno s PTFE (materijalom sli\u010dnim Teflon \u2122) \u010dahurom kako bi se sprije\u010dilo za\u010depljenje; staklo omogu\u0107ava pravilan protok elektrolita, dok PTFE odbija prljav\u0161tinu. Ioni srebra prisutni su u elektrolitu unutarnjeg odjeljka, u kojem se nalazi referentna \u017eica; elektrolit izvan ovog odjeljka ne sadr\u017ei srebro.
