Kao antioksidans, poma\u017ee u o\u010duvanju boje, okusa i stabilnosti vina. Sumpor dioksid slu\u017ei kao antimikrobna za\u0161tita ometaju\u0107i metaboli\u010dke putove kvasca i bakterija. Pojam \u201cslobodni\u201d ozna\u010dava koli\u010dinu SO2 dostupnu za obavljanje tih funkcija. Ostatak prisutnog SO2 je \u201cvezan\u201d na druge spojeve i nije dostupan za za\u0161titu vina. Ova dva elementa zajedno predstavljaju \u201cukupni\u201d SO2 prisutan u vinu. Slobodni i ukupni sadr\u017eaj sumpor dioksida u gotovom vinu varirat \u0107e ovisno o svom stilu, osobnoj filozofiji vinara i svim regulatornim i vladinim zahtjevima.<\/p>\n<p>Ripper metoda je titracija koju koriste vinari diljem svijeta kako bi razumjeli koli\u010dinu SO2 prisutnog u vinu. Oni su zahtijevali da metoda bude lak\u0161a od onoga \u0161to su trenutno koristili i jeftinije jer su bili mali proizvo\u0111a\u010d vina s ograni\u010denim prora\u010dunom.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hannainst.hr\/proizvod\/mini-titrator-sumpornog-dioksida-za-vino-hi84500-02\/\">HI84500 Mini Titrator za mjerenje sumpor dioksida u vinu<\/a>\u00a0savr\u0161en je alat za bilo koju veliku ili malu vinariju kako bi u\u0161tedjeli vrijeme i pojednostavili proces titracije SO2. To je znatno povoljnije od mnogih titracijskih sustava dostupnih na tr\u017ei\u0161tu jer je posve\u0107en jednom parametru, sumpor dioksidu. Kupac je cijenio da je postupak bio jednostavan za slijediti i rezultati su bili vrlo to\u010dni i ponovljivi zbog klipnog doziranja. Kupac je tako\u0111er bio zahvalan da su isporu\u010deni reagensi bili predpripremljeni tako da nije bilo potrebe za analiti\u010dkom vagom ili kompliciranim staklenim posu\u0111em kako bi se pripremile otopine potrebne za titraciju. Ostali napredne mogu\u0107nosti ovog ure\u0111aja uklju\u010duju dot matri\u010dni zaslon na kojem se mo\u017ee pratiti grafi\u010dki titracijska krivulja napretka titracije, USB port za flash disk i PC povezivanje, te dinami\u010dan na\u010din doziranja kako bi se ubrzala titracija, ali ujedno i sprije\u010dilo pretitriranje.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
