Mi zapravo ne vidimo boje, radije ono \u0161to vidimo kao boja je efekt svjetlosnog sjaja na objektu. Kada bijelo svjetlo osvijetli objekt, mo\u017ee se odra\u017eavati, apsorbirati ili prenositi. Bojenje je odre\u0111ivanje koncentracije tvari mjerenjem relativne apsorpcije svjetlosti u odnosu na poznatu koncentraciju tvari.
