Utje\u010du na senzorna svojstva vina i pokazatelji su biolo\u0161ke (ne)postojanosti vina.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3cd958a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3cd958a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pod odre\u0111enim uvjetima (kao \u0161to je zagrijavanje) isparava iz vina. Ukupan udio hlapljivih kiselina izra\u017eava se kao octena kiselina jer \u010dini 99% svih hlapljivih kiselina u vinu. Pravilniku o vinu, maksimalno je dozvoljeno [3]:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>bijela, rose, crna sa sadr\u017eajem do 10% vol alkohola: 1,1 g \/ L octene kiseline<\/li>\n<li>vino s oznakom kontroliranog podrijetla: 1 g\/L octene kiseline<\/li>\n<li>vino s vi\u0161e od 10 % vol alkohola: za svaki vol. % alkohola dopu\u0161teno je jo\u0161 + 0,06 g \/ L octene kiseline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ostale hlapive kiseline u vinu: propionska kiselina, masla\u010dna kiselina, valerinska kiselina, zatim kapronska, kaprilna, kaprinska, pelargonijska, laurinska itd.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
