Me\u0111utim, dobivanje ispravnih i stabilnih vrijednosti mo\u017ee biti <b>te\u0161ko<\/b>, osobito u <b>nekim uzorcima<\/b> (kao \u0161to su hrana, zemlja, kreme, boje, uzorci s visokim pH, itd.).<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je razumjeti <b>\u0161to zna\u010di pH<\/b>, kako radi <b>pH elektroda<\/b> i kako mjerenje mo\u017ee biti lak\u0161e kori\u0161tenjem <b>prave Nasuprot tome, tvar koja se zove baza smanjuje koncentraciju vodikovih iona i pH vrijednost raste iznad 7. To zna\u010di da je svaka otopina ispod pH 7 kisela, a svaka otopina iznad 7 je lu\u017enata. Budu\u0107i da koristimo dekadni logaritam, 1 pH manje zna\u010di 10 puta pove\u0107anje aktivnosti H<sup>+<\/sup>. Na povr\u0161ini ovog osjetljivog stakla nalaze se negativno nabijeni atomi kisika (iz SiO<sub>4<\/sub>) koji mogu vezati pozitivno nabijene ione odgovaraju\u0107e veli\u010dine &#8211; vodikove ione (a tako\u0111er i alkalijske ione, ali manje snage). <\/p>\n<p>Koliko je iona vodika vezano na povr\u0161inu osjetljivog stakla ovisi o aktivnosti (koncentraciji) iona vodika u uzorku. Kada se vodikovi ioni ve\u017eu za pH osjetljivo staklo, stvara se elektri\u010dni potencijal. Elektrolit istje\u010de iz referentne elektrode u uzorak, zatvaraju\u0107i elektri\u010dni krug i omogu\u0107uju\u0107i mjerenja. \u0160to je ve\u0107i protok elektrolita, bolji je odziv elektrode. [2] <\/p>\n<p>Standardne <strong>jednospojne elektrode<\/strong> imaju referentnu elektrodu u izravnom kontaktu s uzorkom (Slika 3). Srebrni klorid prisutan u referentnoj elektrodi mo\u017ee imati nisku topljivost u uzorku, pa se pri kontaktu s uzorkom stvara talog na vanjskoj strani spoja \u0161to rezultira nepravilnim o\u010ditavanjem. Pod nepovoljnim uvjetima (visoki tlak, visoka temperatura, visoka vodljivost) tok elektrolita tako\u0111er se mo\u017ee preokrenuti, \u0161to rezultira kontaminacijom referentne polu\u0107elije i potpunim kvarom elektrode.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elektrode s dvostrukim spojem<\/strong> imaju, kao \u0161to naziv govori, dva spoja (slika 3). Ove elektrode imaju dodatni odjeljak za referentnu elektrodu s unutarnjim spojem. Ako problemi potraju, <strong>dizajn elektrode nije prikladan za mjerenje pH u na\u0161em uzorku<\/strong>. Kori\u0161tenjem elektroda s vi\u0161estrukim kerami\u010dkim spojevima pove\u0107ava se protok i stabiliziraju o\u010ditanja.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
