Merenja se obi\u010dno vode u vodi pomo\u0107u DO sonde i mera\u010da.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\nTeorija i merenje rastvorenog kiseonika<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Rastvoreni kiseonik (DO) meri koli\u010dinu rastvorenog kiseonika u sistemu. <\/span>Merenja se obi\u010dno vode u vodi pomo\u0107u DO sonde i mera\u010da. Henryjev zakon navodi da je koncentracija plina u rastvoru direktno proporcionalna delimi\u010dnom pritisku tog plina iznad rastvora. U metrima koji pokazuju koncentraciju DO u ppm ili mg \/ L, uvek se pretpostavlja da je rastvara\u010d voda. U drugim rastvorima poput ulja ili kiselina, konstanta Henryevog zakona bila bi druga\u010dija. U tim slu\u010dajevima treba koristiti postotnu zasi\u0107enost jer nije ispravno koristiti ppm ili mg \/ l.<\/p>\n<h2>U\u010dinci temperature i pritiska<\/h2>\n<p>Kako se temperatura ratsvora pove\u0107ava, kretanje \u010destica unutar tog rastvora raste. Uz ve\u0107e kretanje \u010destica, otopljeni plinovi lak\u0161e izlaze iz rastvora. U toploj vodi kiseonik je manje topljiv, dok je u hladnoj vodi topljiviji. Koncentracija DO u vodama zasi\u0107enim zrakom opada sa porastom temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Atmosferski pritisak opada sa porastom nadmorske visine. Budu\u0107i da je ni\u017ei parcijalni pritisak, kiseonik je manje topljiv na ve\u0107im nadmorskim visinama. Koncentracija DO u vodama zasi\u0107enim zrakom opada sa porastom povi\u0161enja.<\/p>\n<p>Prijave<br \/>\nMerenja kakvo\u0107e vode od vitalnog su zna\u010daja za pra\u0107enje okoli\u0161a. U mirnim jezerima i rekama propadanje organske materije mo\u017ee uzrokovati pove\u0107anje nivoa bakterija. Aerobne bakterije tro\u0161e kiseonik, \u0161to pokre\u0107e nedostatak koji mo\u017ee dovesti do toga da vodno telo &#8222;umre&#8220;, usmr\u0107uju\u0107i vodene biljke i \u017eivotinje.<\/p>\n<p>Akvakultura je uzgoj, uzgoj i berba biljaka i \u017eivotinja u svim vrstama vodenih okru\u017eenja. BPK meri brzinu unosa kiseonika mikroorganizmima u uzorku vode pri fiksnoj temperaturi tokom odre\u0111enog vremenskog razdoblja. Kako bi se osiguralo da su svi ostali uslovi jednaki, u svaki uzorak koji se ispituje dodaje se vrlo mala koli\u010dina semena mikroorganizama. Uzorci se dr\u017ee pet dana na 20 \u00b0 C u mraku. Gubitak rastvorenog kieonika tokom inkubacije naziva se BPK5. Na te se elektrode primenjuje polarizacijski napon koji je specifi\u010dan za smanjenje kiseonika. Tanka, propusna za plin membrana izolira senzorske elemente od uzorka vode, ali omogu\u0107uje prolazak kiseonika. Kiseonik koji prolazi kroz membranu smanjuje se na katodi, uzrokuju\u0107i struju iz koje se odre\u0111uje koncentracija kiseonika. Dvoelektrodne polarografske sonde koriste anodu kao referentnu elektrodu.<\/p>\n<p>Galvanske DO sonde sastoje se od radne elektrode (katode) i kontra elektrode (anode) koje deluju kao baterija za stvaranje napona specifi\u010dnog za smanjenje kiseonika.
