je klju\u010dni parametar za mnoge primene.<\/p>\n<p>To je osnovni parametar u <b>prehrambenoj industriji<\/b>, za optimizaciju nikla ili bakra, za obezbe\u0111ivanje optimalnih uslova za zdrav rast biljaka i jo\u0161 mnogo toga.<\/p>\n<p>Razlog je taj \u0161to pH vrednost uti\u010de na mnoge biolo\u0161ke i hemijske procese kao \u0161to su <b>proliferacija\/opstanak<\/b> <b>mikroorganizama,<\/b> aktivnost <b>enzima<\/b>, hemijske <b>reakcije<\/b> i ravnote\u017ee, rastvorljivost <b>soli<\/b>, itd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161c\u0301e (a i najpreciznije) pH vrednost se meri pH metrom sa <b>staklenom elektrodom.<\/b> Me\u0111utim, dobijanje pravih i stabilnih vrednosti mo\u017ee biti <b>te\u0161ko<\/b>, posebno u <b>nekim uzorcima<\/b> (kao \u0161to su hrana, zemlja, kreme, boje, uzorci sa visokim pH, itd.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je razumeti <b>\u0161ta pH zna\u010di<\/b>, kako funkcioni\u0161e <b>pH elektroda<\/b> i kako merenje mo\u017ee biti lak\u0161e kori\u0161c\u0301enjem Nasuprot tome, supstanca koja se zove baza smanjuje koncentraciju vodoni\u010dnih jona i pH vrednost raste iznad 7. To zna\u010di da je svaki rastvor ispod pH 7 kiseo, a svaki rastvor iznad 7 je alkalni. Po\u0161to koristimo dekadni logaritam, 1 pH manje zna\u010di 10 puta povec\u0301anje aktivnosti H<sup>+<\/sup>. vodoni\u010dnih jona. Na povr\u0161ini ovog osetljivog stakla nalaze se negativno naelektrisani atomi kiseonika (iz SiO<sub>4<\/sub>) koji mogu da vezuju pozitivno naelektrisane jone odgovarajuc\u0301e veli\u010dine \u2013 jone vodonika (kao i alkalne jone, ali manje snage). <\/p>\n<p>Koliko je jona vodonika vezano za povr\u0161inu osetljivog stakla zavisi od aktivnosti (koncentracije) vodonikovih jona u uzorku. Kada se joni vodonika ve\u017eu za staklo osetljivo na pH, stvara se elektri\u010dni potencijal. Elektrolit curi iz referentne elektrode u uzorak, zatvarajuc\u0301i elektri\u010dni krug i omoguc\u0301avajuc\u0301i merenja. \u0160to je vec\u0301i protok elektrolita, to je bolji odgovor elektrode. [2] <\/p>\n<p>Standardne <strong>jednospojne elektrode<\/strong> imaju referentnu elektrodu u direktnom kontaktu sa uzorkom (slika 3). Srebrni hlorid prisutan u referentnoj elektrodi mo\u017ee imati nisku rastvorljivost u uzorku, tako da se pri kontaktu sa uzorkom formira precipitat na spolja\u0161njoj strani spoja \u0161to dovodi do pogre\u0161nih o\u010ditavanja. U nepovoljnim uslovima (visok pritisak, visoka temperatura, visoka provodljivost) protok elektrolita se tako\u0111e mo\u017ee obrnuti, \u0161to dovodi do kontaminacije referentne poluc\u0301elije i potpunog otkaza elektrode.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dvostruko punjene elektrode<\/strong> imaju, kao \u0161to naziv govori, dva spoja (slika 3). Ove elektrode imaju dodatni odeljak za referentnu elektrodu sa unutra\u0161njim spojem. Teoretski, ova vrednost bi trebalo da bude 0 mV, ali je u praksi prihvatljivo odstupanje od <strong>\u00b1<\/strong><strong>30 mV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nagib<\/strong> se mo\u017ee odrediti merenjem vrednosti mV u rastvorima sa pH 7,0 i pH 4,0 (ili pH 10,0) i izra\u010dunavanjem apsolutne mV razlike.<\/p>\n<p>Iz <strong>Nernstove jedna\u010dine<\/strong> mo\u017eemo videti da ova razlika treba da bude 59,16 mV * 3 (razlika u pH) = 177,48 mV, ali od <strong>150 mV do 186 mV je prihvatljiv
