Designed to withstand the knocks, drops, and spills of real life, the new IP67 body ensures top performance in any cooking environment. These meters are completely protected against dust and water intrusion from any direction. Rubberized sides help you to keep hold of your thermometer.
The factory calibration is verified every time the thermometer is turned ON. The thermometer features a motion sensor which eliminates the need of closing and reopening the probe when the meter goes into standby.
The sharp, stainless steel, fold-out probe is ideal when testing fresh, cooked and semifrozen food. The sensing tip allows you to accurately measure the temperature of thin food or the thickest part of the sample.
Access settings from the battery compartment to measure in either Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). The selectable auto-off feature prolongs battery life for peace-of-mind and energy savings if the meter is accidentally left on.
